- India-Spain DTAA MFN rate cut on royalties/FTS (19 March 2024)
Ministry of Finance Notification No. 33/2024 invoked the treaty's Most-Favoured-Nation clause to import the India-Germany DTAA rate, cutting withholding on royalties and fees for technical services from up to 20% down to a flat 10%, effective from Assessment Year 2024-25.
