About nrilegalservicesindia.net
nrilegalservicesindia.net is an independent legal knowledge platform for Non-Resident
Indians. It is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice, and does not generate leads
for any law firm. Every article is legally reviewed and cites primary sources.
What this platform is — and isn't
This platform exists to give NRIs accurate, well-organized legal information on property,
inheritance, taxation, and family law topics that recur across the NRI community worldwide.
It is deliberately not a law firm's marketing site, not a lead-generation funnel, and not a
blog written for search-engine traffic first and accuracy second. Using this site does not
create an attorney-client relationship, and nothing here should be treated as a substitute
for advice from a qualified professional licensed in your relevant jurisdiction — see our
Disclaimer for the full statement.
How content is researched and reviewed
Every article starts from primary sources — Indian statutes (the Registration Act 1908,
the Income Tax Act, FEMA regulations), Reserve Bank of India circulars, and the relevant
official authority in the country the article covers (for example, the U.S. Department of
State, GOV.UK, or the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs) — rather than from other websites'
explanations of those sources. Each article is then legally reviewed against those primary
sources before publishing. Full detail is on our Editorial
Guidelines page.
Who reviews this content
Content is currently reviewed by Advocate Naresh
Kalra, a practicing advocate with over 20 years of experience. As this platform grows
into topics outside any one reviewer's core practice areas, additional credentialed
reviewers will be named here, with their real credentials and the specific articles they
reviewed — never a generic, unnamed "legal team."
How we handle mistakes
When a factual or legal-accuracy error is found in a published article, it is corrected and
logged publicly rather than silently edited. See our Corrections
page for the record.
How this platform relates to nareshkalra.com
Advocate Naresh Kalra practices property law at
nareshkalra.com.
This platform credits him as a reviewer where he has reviewed specific content, exactly as a
textbook credits its reviewing editor — the editorial content itself is never written to
generate leads for his practice, and this site still does not handle client intake directly.
Every page's header does carry a single, honestly-labelled "Book a Consultation" link that
points out to nareshkalra.com, for readers who decide they want to go beyond general legal
information and actually speak to a lawyer — the same signpost given in this platform's own
FAQs. That external link is the full extent of the relationship: one clearly-marked doorway
out, not embedded marketing or tracking.
Other properties
Advocate Naresh Kalra is also associated with nrilegalservicesindia.com and
nrilegalservice.us. This platform (the .net domain) does not currently cross-link to those
properties — if and when a genuine, non-duplicative content relationship exists between them,
that will be added deliberately rather than by default.
